MTechShop Terms and Conditions:

1) All goods sold are non-refundable.

2) All goods sold sold are only exchangeable 1 unit on 1 unit under the discretion of the management within 7 days. We will not be responsible for loss of mail through normal postage when you send the item back. You are advised to send it by registered post.

3) Buyer should accept slight color differences due to different monitor's resolution.

4) We are not responsible for loss of items through normal post. If you wish to seek for registered postage, kindly inform us by email.

5) All our prices are priced in (RM) Ringgit Malaysia.

6) We accept payments via bank transfer-Maybank / Maybank2u.

7) We will not be responsible for any wear and tear incurred on the item due to user course of daily usage. Complaint of human faulty will not be entertained.

8) What you see is what you get.

9) All e-mails / letter / banking statement / Messenger Conversation(MSN) / fax statement / SMS will be deemed as official documents if there are any conflicts occured.

10) All information that you provide will be deemed personal and will be kept private and confidential.
