What to do if what you see is not what you get?

Warranty Details:
How to request for warranty?

1) Send us an email stating the reason of warranty, and item that you wish for in that email.

2) Once approved, we will give you an address to mail your item back to.

3) For warranty, 1 week (7 days) personal warranty will be given. In this 7 days, exchangeable 1 unit on 1 unit policy is given.

4) There will be 6 months warranty on factory side. Buyer is required to pay standard Shipping Fee total amount of RM50.00

5) Please take note that there will be no refund of cash.

6) Once you receive your products, please check for defects.

7) Please report to us within 3 days upon receipt of products if any natural defect is found on the product by referring to customer service support.
